造就一批高层次创新人才 ,对于实施人才强国战略有重要意义。综合国内外有关创造性的重要心理学研究成果 ,主要探讨了七大问题 :创造性的社会和个体标准 ;创造性的思维与知识基础 ;创造的领域性 ;创造的十年律 ;创造的最佳年龄 ;创造者的人格与怪癖 ;创新教育与教育创新。在此基础上 ,深入反思了有关心理学研究对于创新人才培养 ,特别是有关制度设计的启发 ,试图为人才强国战略的落实提供某些依据和思路。
Creating a group of high-level innovative talents is of great significance to the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country with qualified personnel. Based on the domestic and international research results on important psychology of creativity, this paper mainly discusses seven major issues: creative social and individual standards; creative thinking and knowledge base; domain creation; ten-year law of creation; best age of creation; Creator personality and eccentricity; innovation education and education innovation. On this basis, I deeply reflect on the psychology research for the cultivation of innovative talents, especially on the system design inspiration, trying to provide some basis and ideas for the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the nation by talents.
