水利电力部情报研究会第一次委员会暨第一届学术年会于一九八六年九月二十四日——二十八日在辽宁省丹东市召开。水电部、辽宁省及丹东市的领导出席会议并作了重要讲话。出席会议的还有情报研究会的全体委员和论文作者。水电部情报研究会收到应征论文53篇,经审查37篇论文参加第一届学术年会,其中大会交流论文23篇,大会宣读论文14篇。最后大会经过记名投票,
The First Committee of the Ministry of Water Conservancy and Electric Power Information Research Association and the First Annual Academic Conference were held in Dandong, Liaoning Province from September 24 to 28, 1986. Leaders of the Ministry of Water Resources, Liaoning Province and Dandong City attended the meeting and made important speeches. Also attending the meeting are all members of the Institute of Information and the author of the essay. The Ministry of Information and Information Technology (MIIT) has received 53 papers for application and reviewed 37 papers for the first annual academic conference, in which 23 papers were exchanged at the conference and 14 papers were read out by the conference.
