在基层组织中存在大量的群体不公平问题,群体不公平对组织的负面影响是个体不公平的倍加;群体不公平的产生有复杂的成因,其根本特征是权利与义务不对等;解决群体不公平问题的根本方法是理顺群体与组织以及群体内部的权利义务关系,同时要运用组织制度与机制等措施加以保障。
There are a large number of inequities in the grassroots organizations. The negative impact of group injustice on the organizations is an inequitable multiplication of individuals. The inequality of groups results in complicated causes. The fundamental feature is that the rights and obligations are not equal. The fundamental method of fairness is to straighten out the relations of rights and obligations between groups and organizations as well as within groups. At the same time, it is necessary to use such measures as organizational system and mechanism to protect them.
