随着我国经济体制改革的深入,卫生改革也取得了可喜的进展。但是,经济体制改革给予卫生事业的不只是发展的机遇,还有着严峻的挑战。一方面,卫生事业要在剧烈的社会变革中求生存、求发展;另一方面,还要适应社会主义市场经济的要求,改革卫生管理体制和运行机制,为建立社会主义市场经济的社会保障体系提供医疗保健支持。这就要求必须正确把握卫生改革的目标,坚持卫生改革的正确方向,更好地为保护人民健康服务。为此,在深化卫生改革中要正确解决以下几个理论问题:
With the deepening of China’s economic restructuring, health reforms have also made gratifying progress. However, the economic system reform is not only an opportunity for development but also a severe challenge for the health industry. On the one hand, health undertakings should strive for survival and development in dramatic social changes; on the other hand, they must adapt to the requirements of the socialist market economy, reform the health management system and operational mechanisms, and establish a social security system for the socialist market economy. Provide healthcare support. This requires that we must correctly grasp the goals of health reform, adhere to the correct direction of health reform, and better serve people’s protection.
