利用环己烷与乙醇混合溶剂配制的二氧化钛(TiO_2)溶胶为前驱体,采用浸渍-提拉方法在不同湿度条件下制备了气孔或粒子修饰的TiO_2薄膜。考察了溶胶中环己烷及硝酸铵对所合成TiO_2薄膜表面形态及其水润湿性能的影响。实验结果表明,在乙醇为溶剂的溶胶中加入环己烷及硝酸铵,均能促使液膜中凝结水分的分相作用。在有硝酸铵的情况下,薄膜表面气孔的尺寸随涂膜环境湿度的增大而增大,而薄膜表面的水接触角减小,在环境湿度为45%RH条件下,形成的气孔平均直径和气孔分布密度分别为0.43μm及0.85μm2;在无硝酸铵的情况下,随着涂膜环境湿度的增大,表面修饰的粒子分布密度增大,薄膜表面的水接触角增大。
Titania (TiO 2) sol prepared by a mixed solvent of cyclohexane and ethanol was used as precursors. Porous or particle-modified TiO 2 films were prepared by immersion-pulling at different humidity conditions. The effects of cyclohexane and ammonium nitrate on the surface morphology and wettability of the synthesized TiO_2 films were investigated. The experimental results show that cyclohexane and ammonium nitrate are added into the sol of ethanol, which can promote the phase separation of the condensed water in the liquid film. In the case of ammonium nitrate, the size of the pores on the surface of the film increases with the increase of the environmental humidity of the film, and the contact angle of the water on the surface of the film decreases. The average diameter of the pores formed under the condition of an ambient humidity of 45% RH And the distribution density of stomata were 0.43μm and 0.85μm2, respectively. In the absence of ammonium nitrate, the density of surface modified particles increased with the increase of ambient humidity, and the contact angle of water on the surface increased.
