CD147是一种高度糖基化Ⅰ型跨膜蛋白,归属免疫球蛋白超家族,参与炎症和免疫反应的失调而涉及多种疾病。CD147作为基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)的上游调控因子,在多种细胞中参与调控MMP的合成,也有证据表明CD147具有激活血小板、激活淋巴细胞、促进淋巴细胞转运、通过NF-κB途径激活单核细胞等作用。作者就CD147的结构、功能及在炎症自身免疫反应中作用的研究进展进行综述。
CD147 is a highly glycosylated type I transmembrane protein that belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and is involved in a number of disorders that are involved in the deregulation of inflammation and immune responses. As an upstream regulator of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), CD147 is involved in the regulation of MMP synthesis in a variety of cells. There is also evidence that CD147 activates platelets, activates lymphocytes, promotes lymphocyte transport and activates monocytes via the NF-κB pathway And so on. The authors review the research progress on the structure, function and role of CD147 in the inflammatory autoimmune response.
