目的通过检测慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠肺组织IL-8、CC16的水平变化,探讨咳喘合剂的疗效及气道修复作用。方法通过烟熏和气道内滴注脂多糖复制COPD大鼠模型,观察正常组、模型组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组IL-8、CC16在肺组织的表达。结果与正常组相比,COPD模型组大鼠肺组织IL-8显著上升,CC16浓度下降(P<0.05);经治疗后治疗组与模型组相比IL-8表达减少,CC16表达增加(P<0.05)。结论咳喘合剂有抗炎及保护气道黏膜作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Kechuan Mixture on the level of IL-8 and CC16 in the lung tissue of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) rats. Methods COPD rats were induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) instillation and intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The expression of IL-8 and CC16 in lung tissues of normal group, model group, low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group were observed. Results Compared with the normal group, IL-8 in the lung tissue of COPD model rats increased significantly and the concentration of CC16 decreased (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the expression of IL-8 decreased and the expression of CC16 increased <0.05). Conclusion Kechuan mixture has anti-inflammatory and protective effect on airway mucosa.
