基层宗教工作是宗教工作的基础,也是宗教工作的薄弱环节。抓基层、打基础,对做好整个宗教工作意义重大。基层宗教工作量大面广、任务繁重,具有特殊性,本文拟从乡镇宗教工作的角度对此进行论述。一乡镇这一级党政组织,在我国具有特殊而重要的地位和作用。乡镇党委直接领导农村基层组织,是乡镇的领导核心;乡镇政府作为我国四级政权组织中最低的一级,是农村各项工作的着力点和落脚点。建立健全县、乡(镇)、村三级宗教工作网络,是加强基层宗教工作的有效举措,建立乡(镇)、村两级责任制,是加强基层宗教工
Grassroots religious work is the foundation of religious work and the weak link of religious work. Grasping the grassroots level and laying the foundation is of great significance to the entire religious work. The amount of religious work at the grassroots level is widespread and the tasks are heavy and of a special nature. This article intends to discuss this from the angle of township religious work. This level of party and government organizations in a township has a special and important position and role in our country. Township party committees directly lead rural grass-roots organizations, which are the core of township leadership. As the lowest level among the four levels of political organizations in our country, township and town governments are the focal point and ending point of various tasks in rural areas. Establishing and improving a network of religious work at the county, township (town) and village levels is an effective measure to strengthen religious work at the grass-roots level.
