报告1例以皮肤病变为首发表现的结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤。患者女,51岁。发热2个月,全身红斑1个月就诊。皮肤科检查:躯干、四肢散在较多大小不一境界清楚的环形红斑,表面光滑无鳞屑,部分可见蚕豆大暗红色浸润性斑块及结节;双小腿下1/3处出现拳头大暗红色斑疹及斑块。背部皮损组织病理:表皮正常,真皮全层可见片状、致密的大细胞增生浸润,细胞胞质少核大、多形,染色质细颗粒状,其间可见组织细胞。EB病毒编码小RNA(EBER)原位杂交检测(60%+)。诊断为结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤。
Report 1 case of skin lesions as the first manifestation of extranodal nasal NK / T cell lymphoma. Female patient, 51 years old. Fever 2 months, systemic erythema 1 month treatment. Dermatology examination: the trunk, scattered limbs scattered in more than the size of a clear ring erythema, the surface smooth without scales, some visible dark red bean damaging patches and nodules; double lower leg 1/3 fist big dark red Rash and plaque. Back lesions histopathology: Normal epidermis, the whole layer of dermis visible flake, dense macrophage infiltration, cytoplasm less nuclear, polymorphous, chromatin fine granularity, during which visible tissue cells. Epstein-Barr virus-encoded small RNA (EBER) in situ hybridization assay (60% +). Diagnosis of extranodal nasal NK / T cell lymphoma.
