食品药品监督管理部门在保健食品执法检查和抽检中,发现“赛而牌维美克减肥颗粒”等21种产品含有违禁化学药物成分,经核实上述产品为假冒保健食品。国家食品药品监督管理总局要求各省(区、市)食品药品监督管理部门依法加强辖区保健食品市场监督检查,发现上述批次产品,依法采取控制措施;对生产经营这些产品的企业,依法严厉查处;涉嫌刑事犯罪的,及时移送公安机关。
