目的探讨NP与MVP两种联合化疗方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效与毒性。方法 61例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为NP组30例和MVP组31例。NP组给予去甲去氢长春碱(NVB)25 mg/m2,d1、8 i.v.,顺铂(DDP)50 mg,d2、3 i.v.gtt治疗,同时水化。MVP组给与给予丝裂霉素C(MMC)6 mg/m2,i.v.,d1,长春酰胺(VDS)3 mg/m2,d1、8 i.v.,DDP 50 mg,d2、3 i.v.gtt治疗,同时水化,常规止吐,21 d为1个疗程,至少治疗2个疗程。结果 NP组PR 13例,SD 13例,PD 4例,总有效率为43.3%(13/30),MVP组PR 13例,SD 11例,PD 7例,总有效率为41.9%(13/31),两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NP和MVP方案是治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有很好疗效的化疗方案。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and toxicity of two combined chemotherapy regimens of NP and MVP on advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Sixty-one patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into 30 patients in NP group and 31 patients in MVP group.
