In the education of party spirit and party style, we emphasized the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’, thoroughly studied the new changes and new features in building grassroots party organizations, and actively explored new ways for railway enterprises in implementing the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’ The majority of party members and cadres practice the requirements of the “three represents” in their conscientiousness and firmness, and further clarify the correct party to strengthen the building of grassroots leading bodies and the building of a corporate party.
