调查表明,白粉病在小麦顶三叶上的发生趋势基本一致,但病害始见期倒三叶比倒二叶早10天左右,倒二叶又比旗叶早10天左右.经测定,顶三叶病叶率间存在着极显著的正相关,倒三叶与倒二叶发病率的相关系数为0.9445,且有下列回归关系:X_2=X_3-1%; 倒二叶与旗叶病叶率相关系数为0.9736,其回归关系为X_1=X_2-27%(X_1、X_2、X_3分别代表旗叶、倒二叶、倒三叶的病叶率).由此可见,白粉病在顶三叶上的始见期虽然不同,但倒二叶与倒三叶病叶率在同期内基本相等,同步发展.旗上与其下二位叶病叶率则相差25%左右.
