87年来,我院对-18.D以上的高度近视进行了手术治疗,即巩膜,阔筋膜兜带加固加透明晶体摘除,共进行了28例49眼,获得了较好的疗效,受到病人的欢迎,特作探讨性分析。一、病人选择: 对-18.0±3.0D的近视患者,经镜片矫正,获得一些进步视力;双眼或单眼病人;某些晶体轻度混浊的病人;最好黄斑区脉络膜变性不明显的病人;对个别年轻病人坚决要求手术的。一般考虑到调节功能年龄在40岁以上最为适当。
