《河北农学报》编辑部:贵刊1983年第二期“宽翅地老虎的观察研究”一文,作者提出:坝上地老虎主要有八种,其中以“宽翅地老虎Naenia Contaminata Walker”为主。明确一个地区害虫的优势种对生产、科研和教学都很重要。我们五年来也进行了农业害虫调查,采集和鉴定了大量标本,结果与该文有些出入。我们认为坝上地老虎类优势种不是“宽翅地老虎”而是岛切夜蛾Euxoa islandica Staudinger。现在把调查情况介绍如下.
