水资源匮乏的情况在很多地区表现的越来越明显,尤其近年来气候条件趋于恶化,水资源显得更加的珍贵。在农业生产中,需要消耗大量的水资源进行灌溉,水资源也在很大程度上决定着农作物的产量和质量。在此背景下,要发展现代化的农业必须要节约用水,也对节水灌溉技术提出了比较高的要求。
The situation of water scarcity is more and more evident in many areas, especially in recent years the weather conditions have deteriorated and water resources have become even more precious. In agricultural production, large amounts of water are required to be irrigated, and water resources also determine the yield and quality of crops to a large extent. Under this background, it is necessary to save water for the development of modern agriculture, and put forward relatively high requirements for water-saving irrigation technology.
