[目的]探讨Bad和Bcl-xl蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其意义。[方法]应用免疫组化SABC法检测了70例非小细胞肺癌和40例癌旁组织中Bad和Bcl-xl蛋白的表达。[结果]Bad在癌旁组织中阳性表达率为60%,明显高于NSCLC中30%(P=0.002);Bcl-xl在NSCLC中的阳性表达率为75.7%,明显高于癌旁组织中45%(P=0.001)。Bad蛋白缺失与组织学类型(P=0.030)和淋巴结转移(P=0.035)有关;Bcl-xl蛋白阳性表达与TNM(P=0.025)和淋巴结转移(P=0.008)有关。等级相关结果显示Bad蛋白和Bcl-xl蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.393,P=0.001)。[结论]Bcl-xl蛋白阳性表达和Bad蛋白的缺失均与NSCLC的发生、发展有关,可作为反映NSCLC生物学行为的指标。
[Objective] To investigate the expression and significance of Bad and Bcl-xl protein in non-small cell lung cancer. [Methods] The expressions of Bad and Bcl-xl protein in 70 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 40 cases of paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SABC method. [Results] The positive expression rate of Bad in paracancerous tissues was 60%, which was significantly higher than that in NSCLC (P = 0.002). The positive expression rate of Bcl-xl in NSCLC was 75.7%, which was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues 45% (P = 0.001). The loss of Bad protein was associated with histological type (P = 0.030) and lymph node metastasis (P = 0.035). The positive expression of Bcl-xl protein was correlated with TNM (P = 0.025) and lymph node metastasis (P = 0.008) Grade-related results showed a negative correlation between Bad protein and Bcl-xl protein expression (r = -0.393, P = 0.001). [Conclusion] The positive expression of Bcl-xl protein and the deletion of Bad protein are all related to the occurrence and development of NSCLC, which may be used as an index to reflect the biological behavior of NSCLC.
