目的探讨中药贴敷神阙穴辅助治疗小儿腹泻的疗效与护理技巧。方法:将2013年07月—2015年07月收住我院的62例腹泻患儿随机为对照组和观察组,对照组只给予西医治疗加常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予中药贴敷神阙穴辅助治疗,并对两组的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果:比较两组治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率为80.6%.观察组总有效率为96.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组止泻时间、体温恢复时间和脱水纠正时间均短于对照组.差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药贴敷神阙穴辅助治疗小儿腹泻的效果明显,能有效缩短腹泻期病程,降低平均住院日,提高家长的满意度。
Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing skills of adjuvant therapy of Shenque acupoint on Chinese children with diarrhea. Methods: Sixty-two children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received western medicine and routine nursing. The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine Shenque acupuncture adjuvant therapy, and the comparative analysis of the two groups of treatment. Results: The treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 80.6% .The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.8%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the diarrhea time, body temperature recovery time and dehydration correction time were shorter in the observation group than in the control group There was statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The Chinese medicine paste Shenque acupuncture adjuvant treatment of children with diarrhea effect is obvious, can effectively shorten the course of diarrhea, reduce the average length of stay, improve parental satisfaction.
