Grasping the opportunities and earnestly following the promulgation of the reform plan of the national new industrial statistics system in accordance with the system, we have been greatly welcomed by the broad masses of statistical personnel at the grass-roots level, especially the staff of the statistical departments of the counties (cities). It can not only reduce the workload of the statistical department and save money but also ensure that administrative interference can be effectively prevented and the quality of statistical data can be effectively protected from the system.
