和无机锌化合物相比,葡萄糖酸锌对消化道的刺激性小,是治疗人体缺锌较好的药物,美国药典1985年版已经收载。此外国内外都有用此药治疗感冒的报导,国外已有商品“感冒锌”(zincold)问世。基于以上原因,发展葡萄糖酸锌制剂已成为医药界日益关心的问题。为此我们研究了葡萄糖酸锌冲剂的溶出度。在溶出度研究中由于使用的溶解介质体积大(一般为1000ml),在溶出过程的初期,溶液浓度很低,难以用药典或其他常用的容量分析方法测定锌的溶出量,所以我们也研究了在溶出试验中对主药溶出量
