河床演变和设计防洪水位是防洪规划的重要依据 ,而河床演变主要取决于来水来沙条件。在分析黄河近期水沙变化、河床演变和以往研究工作的基础上 ,考虑规划水平年的人类活动影响 ,兼顾经济性和安全性 ,分析预测了规划阶段的来水来沙条件。利用实测资料分析、泥沙数学模型计算等手段 ,预测了 2 0 2 0年前的河道冲淤变化。采用水力因子、流量~面积、冲淤改正、水位涨率、水位相关等方法分析计算了黄河下游河道的设计洪水位 ,为黄河流域的防洪规划提供了重要依据
River bed evolution and design of flood control water level are important basis for flood control planning, and river bed evolution depends mainly on water and sand conditions. Based on the analysis of water and sediment changes, riverbed evolution and previous research work in the Yellow River in the recent years, taking into account the influence of human activities in the planned years and the economy and safety, the water and sediment conditions at the planning stage are analyzed and predicted. Based on the measured data analysis and calculation of sediment mathematical model, the change of the scouring and silting of the river before 2020 is predicted. The design flood level of the lower Yellow River has been analyzed and calculated using hydraulic factors, flow area, erosion and deposition correction, water level rise rate and water level correlation, which provide an important basis for flood control planning in the Yellow River Basin
