领导干部无论大小,都肩负着一定的使命,都要带领一班人。既要做事又要管人,没有宽阔的胸怀,是很难把事做好、把人管好的。一个出色的领导干部应当具有许多优秀的素质,其中,胸怀就显得格外重要。纵观古今中外,大凡有所作为的人,除自身才智卓越和执着追求外,还有一个共同的秉性,就是心胸宽广。他们能以自己开阔的胸襟去对待世间万物,用一颗博大的心去容忍世间万象。
