使用硒化合物或对金属硫蛋白生物合成起诱导作用的金属化合物,可明显降低某种抗癌剂的副作用。这两种方法,既不影响抗癌剂的抗癌效果,又可降低癌化疗中的副作用,值得推广。
The use of selenium compounds or metal compounds that induce metallothionein biosynthesis can significantly reduce the side effects of certain anticancer agents. These two methods do not affect the anti-cancer effect of anti-cancer agents, but also reduce the side effects of cancer chemotherapy and are worthy of promotion.
