沉箱是目前地下建筑工程的重要施工方法之一.欲想收到这种方法的预期效果,除了必须全面分析地质状况,精确计算确定箱体下沉系数,采取有效施工措施,确保均匀下沉外,更为重要的是要很好解决沉箱封底上的渗漏水问题.我们在云南印染厂锅炉房受煤坑沉箱封底中,新老混凝土搭接处采用沿池壁周边烧焊金属止水带和应用硫铝酸盐起早强微膨胀水泥配制的防水混凝土,取得了沉箱封底不渗漏水的令人满意的效果.
Caisson is one of the most important construction methods for underground construction projects. In order to receive the expected results of this method, in addition to the need to fully analyze the geological conditions, the calculation of the box subsidence coefficient is accurately calculated, and effective construction measures are taken to ensure uniform sinking. More importantly, it is necessary to solve the problem of seepage water on the back cover of the caisson. We used the metal sealing tape along the perimeter of the pool wall in the caisson back cover of the coal pit of Yunnan Printing and Dyeing Plant. The application of sulphoaluminate as a waterproof concrete for the early strength of micro-expansion cement has achieved a satisfactory effect of impervious water leakage at the back of the caisson.
