目的:研究温度对金黄地民血液流变特性的影响。方法:采用锥板式粘度计分别测试金黄地民血液在19℃、25℃、31℃、37℃、43℃、49℃、55℃对应的8项血液流变学参数。结果:全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度在低于37℃时随温度的降低而增加,高于43℃时则随温度的升高而增加.43℃时的粘度则低于37℃之检测值;全血高切相对粘度、全血高切还原粘度、红细胞刚性指数在43℃以上时明显高于37℃检测值(P<0.01);血浆粘度的改变与温度变化负相关(r=-0.96、P<0.01)。结论:各种物理治疗手段的热效应机理中,血液流交特性的改变起到重要的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of temperature on the hemorrheological properties of golden people. Methods: The blood rheology parameters of blood samples of Golden Earth at 19 ℃, 25 ℃, 31 ℃, 37 ℃, 43 ℃, 49 ℃ and 55 ℃ were measured respectively with cone-plate viscometer. Results: The viscosity of whole blood and low shear viscosity of whole blood increased with the decrease of temperature below 37 ℃, but increased with the increase of temperature above 43 ℃. The viscosity at 43 ℃ was lower than that at 37 ℃. The relative viscosity of whole blood, the reduced viscosity of whole blood, the erythrocyte rigidity index were significantly higher than those at 37 ℃ (P <0.01) The change of plasma viscosity was negatively correlated with temperature (r = -0.96, P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Among the mechanisms of thermal effects of various physical therapies, changes in the properties of blood flow tracings play an important role.
