在KMnO4-双乙酰化学发光体系中加入抗坏血酸,KMnO4氧化抗坏血酸后产生的Mn2+能够催化KMnO4与双乙酰的化学发光反应.出峰时间与抗坏血酸含量成反比关系,据此提出测定微量抗坏血酸的化学发光新方法.本方法线性响应的浓度范围为4.0×10-4~8.0×10-7mol/L,检出限为5.0×10-7mol/L.用于维生素片剂及注射液中抗坏血酸含量测定,结果令人满意.
The addition of ascorbic acid to KMnO4-diacetyl chemiluminescence system and Mn2 + generated after oxidation of ascorbic acid by KMnO4 can catalyze the chemiluminescence reaction of KMnO4 and diacetyl. The peak time is inversely proportional to the ascorbic acid content, and a new chemiluminescence method for the determination of trace ascorbic acid is proposed. The concentration range of the linear response of this method is 4.0 × 10-4 ~ 8.0 × 10-7mol / L with the detection limit of 5.0 × 10-7mol / L. For vitamin tablets and injections of ascorbic acid content determination, the results are satisfactory.
