一封读者来信引出四年官司 1997年11月14日,中央电视台《焦点访谈》节目,以《消费者不是弱者》为题,向全国公开曝光了建国以来我国电信行业首例“官告民”案,在全国产生了不小轰动。 1993年2月,普通消费者邓成和自费装了一部住宅电话,电话没打几个,但话费却不少。在包头邮电局打出的长话费清单上,全都是一些来历不明的电话,话费累计41.65元。为了弄清这些电话费是怎样误记到自家电话机上的,他先向包头邮电局营业柜台投诉,没想到投诉不成,反遭到营业员和一顿辱骂。为了依法维护自身的合法权益不受侵害,他又将此事反馈到包头邮电局纪检委,最终泥牛入海。 无奈之下,邓成和投书《包头日报》,该报在“读者来信”专版以题为《包头邮电局长途电话是否有人借“机”下“蛋”》披露了此事。之后,《内蒙古日报》、《中国机电
