近些年,中国经济迅速发展,国家产业结构也在不断优化升级,但是社会的就业压力却越来越大。本文首先结合我国实际情况,分析了近些年我国产业结构和就业结构的发展状况;其次,指出了在产业结构升级的现实条件下,我国就业结构的调整措施。得出的结论是:产业机构调整对劳动力的需求相对减少,引起失业问题,但同时也会加速其他行业发展,带来更多的就业机会,我国应采取措施调整就业结构,使之适应产业结构的发展。
