在当代的经济社会中,现代企业想适应市场的发展,就必须引入财务管理,这也是企业自身发展壮大的迫切要求。文章通过对我国企业现有的财务管理进行深入剖析,探讨当前企业的财务管理中存在一些主要问题,并且分析了问题带来的恶劣影响,然后根据实际情况提出了改进企业财务管的几点具体措施:结合企业实际、利用互联网、施行所有权和经营权分离、加强信息管理、建立高素质财务人员培养体系等,以期从多方面入手改进企业财务管理。
