目的探讨在前牙美容修复中应用全瓷贴面的疗效。方法选取于2013年6月~2014年7月我院修复科接收的前牙美容病例46例,均给予全瓷贴面修复,观察疗效。结果修复6个月时,各项评价指标均为A级,修复1年时,有3颗修复体周围龋为B级,修复2年时,3颗修复体周围龋为B级,2颗为C级,2颗修复体折裂,2颗基牙松动。结论前牙修复采取全瓷贴面方式可取得满意疗效,具有推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of applying all-ceramic veneer in the cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods From June 2013 to July 2014, 46 cases of anterior tooth cosmetic cases received by the department of prosthetics in our hospital were treated with all-ceramic veneer repair and the curative effect was observed. Results At 6 months after repair, all the evaluation indexes were grade A, three cases of caries around the restoration were Grade B at 1 year of repair, Grade B was caries around the three pieces of restoration at 2 years, C grade, 2 prosthesis fracture, 2 abutment loose. Conclusion The all-ceramic veneer repair anterior teeth can be obtained satisfactory results, with the promotion of value.
