实验于1986—1987年在黑龙江省农科院大豆所进行。1986年用高光效品系和高产品种共6个,1987年用高光效育种培育出的品系及常规育种培育出的高产品种系(22)个。两年均采用随机区组设计,三次重复。在结荚期(R_4)用岛津ASSA—1610型植物同化测定仪,室内离体测定表现光合速率,收获时再对品种(系)每重复连续选择10株测定其表观收获指数,实收8.4m~2测产。
Experiments in 1986-1987 in Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences soybean. In 1986, 6 high-efficiency lines and high-yielding lines were used, and in 1987, lines cultivated with high light efficiency breeding and high-yielding lines (22) planted by conventional breeding were used. Two years were used randomized block design, repeated three times. At the podding stage (R_4), Shimadzu’s ASSA-1610 plant assimilation analyzer was used to determine the photosynthetic rate in vitro. Ten (10) replicates of each variety (line) were selected at harvest to measure the apparent harvest index 8.4m ~ 2 test production.
