草鱼出血病、肠炎、烂鳃病在成鱼阶段常呈一起并发。一般每年的4～10月是草鱼三病的发病季节,其死亡率较高,严重的可达80％以上。防治方法可采用:1.用烟末治疗每天每亩鱼池面积用废香烟末150克,开水泡浸2小时,连汁带渣全池泼洒,连用3天为1疗程。轻者1个疗程即可,重则连续2个疗程。2.用三氯异氰尿酸治疗三氯异氰尿酸又叫强氯精,是一种新型高效消毒杀菌剂,是治烂鳃、肠炎、赤皮病等鱼病高效良药。用法是每亩水面深1米的池塘,用药130克兑水稀释1000倍,进行全池泼洒,一般施药2～3次即可根绝鱼病。
