汉唐时期是中国封建法律逐渐完善的时期,强盗罪作为一个重要的罪名,历朝的规定既有共性,又各有特点,本文爬梳史料,对汉唐时期强盗罪的演变略予讨论。
Han and Tang dynasties were the period when Chinese feudal law was gradually perfected. As an important charge, robbery crime had both commonness and characteristic in history. This paper combs the historical materials and discusses the evolution of robbery in Han and Tang dynasties.
