目的建立高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(HPLC-ICP-MS)测定婴幼儿罐装辅助食品中的甲基汞。方法样品经含0.12%L-半胱氨酸、10 mmol/L的乙酸铵、5%(V/V)甲醇、0.1%(V/V)盐酸的溶液超声提取、离心,取上清液过0.45μm滤膜后供HPLC-ICP-MS分析。结果方法的检出限为0.001 mg/kg,回收率为96.1%~102.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.64%~7.79%。检测了40批次婴幼儿罐装辅助食品中的甲基汞,其中3批次样品检出甲基汞。结论本法准确、快速、检出限低、灵敏、线性范围广,能满足婴幼儿罐装辅助食品中甲基汞的测定。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HPLC-ICP-MS) for the determination of methylmercury in canned infant foods. Methods The samples were extracted with 0.12% L-cysteine, 10 mmol / L ammonium acetate, 5% V / V methanol and 0.1% V / V hydrochloric acid solution and centrifuged. 0.45μm filter for HPLC-ICP-MS analysis. Results The detection limit of the method was 0.001 mg / kg, the recovery was 96.1% -102.1% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.64% -7.79%. MeHg in 40 batches of supplementary food for infants and young children was tested, of which methylmercury was detected in 3 batches of samples. Conclusion This method is accurate, rapid, low detection limit, sensitive, linear range, can meet the determination of methylmercury in canned infant food supplement.
