目的:探讨超高倍显微系统检测咽拭子中支原体活体对儿童呼吸道支原体感染早期诊断的临床价值。方法:采用上海复星公司提供的超高倍光电显微系统,对本院313例已确诊的肺炎支原体肺炎的住院患儿进行咽拭子镜检。结果:咽拭子法镜检的阳性检出率为86.9%。结论:超高倍显微系统咽拭子镜检简单、快速、准确、无创伤,为儿童呼吸道支原体感染早期诊断及治疗提供了依据。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of ultra-high magnification microscopy in the early diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children with thrombi in throat swabs. Methods: Thirty-six inpatients with confirmed Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in our hospital were examined by ultra-high magnification optoelectronic microscopy system provided by Shanghai Fosun Microscope. Results: The positive detection rate of throat swab was 86.9%. Conclusions: The throat swab in ultra-high magnification microscopy is simple, rapid, accurate and non-invasive and provides the basis for early diagnosis and treatment of respiratory tract mycoplasma infection in children.
