建立社会主义市场经济体制的核心问题是实现公有制与市场经济的兼容。本文认为公有制与市场经济兼容有其客观必然性，指出公有制与市场经济兼容是一项伟大的改革过程，需要在实践中解放思想、实事求是，不断探索与创新。文章对公有制与市场经济兼容的有效形式，如“公有制结构的调整”、“国有企业的抓大放小”、“股份制改革”等问题进行了探索
The core issue of establishing a socialist market economic system is to achieve the compatibility between public ownership and market economy. This paper argues that the public ownership is compatible with the market economy and has its own objective inevitability. It points out that the compatibility between public ownership and market economy is a great reform process and requires emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, and constant exploration and innovation in practice. The article explores the effective forms of public ownership compatible with market economy, such as “the adjustment of public ownership structure”, “big and small state-owned enterprises” and “shareholding system reform”.
