目的了解克拉玛依市德国小蠊对残杀威和高效氯氰菊酯3年来的敏感性变化。方法采用药膜接触法,分3组进行。结果 3年来,德国小蠊现场种群对残杀威的敏感性变化没有统计学差异(95%置信限重复),高效氯氰菊酯的敏感性下降了47.3%(95%置信限不重复),实验室饲养种群对残杀威的敏感性恢复了15.8%(95%置信限不重复),高效氯氰菊酯的敏感性恢复无统计学差异。结论克拉玛依德国小蠊对残杀威敏感性已经下降,但3年来没有显著降低,而对高效氯氰菊酯的敏感性正在下降。
Objective To understand the sensitivity of Blattella germanica to propoxur and beta-cypermethrin over the past three years in Karamay. Methods using drug-film contact method, divided into 3 groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference (95% confidence interval) in the susceptibility of Blattella germanica to propoxur within 3 years, and the sensitivity of beta-cypermethrin decreased by 47.3% (95% confidence interval was not repeated). The laboratory-reared population Sensitivity to propoxur restored 15.8% (95% confidence limit was not repeated), and beta-cypermethrin sensitivity recovery was not statistically different. Conclusions The susceptibility of Blattella germanica to propoxurin has declined, but it has not decreased significantly in the past three years, but its sensitivity to beta-cypermethrin is declining.
