节省燃料是对下一代批量生产的飞机的主要要求之一.在这方面的一项研究,是通过提高材料的强度、韧性和疲劳性能来减少飞机的重量.飞机公司对下一代飞机上使用的2000和7000系铝合金提出了明确的性能改进目标.本文试图概括在2000系Al-Cu-Mg合金方面,为达到这些目标所进行的研究工作.对于2000系合金,提出的具体目标如下:1. 纵向抗拉强度比2024-T351厚板或2024-T3511挤压件的提高8%.2. 断裂韧性(K_C或K_(IC))要与强度成比例地提高(增加8%).3. 疲劳裂纹扩展速度(da/dN)必须与强度增加成比例地减少.
Fuel-saving is one of the main requirements for the next generation of mass-produced aircraft, a study in this area reducing the weight of aircraft by increasing the strength, toughness and fatigue properties of the materials used by aircraft companies for the next generation of aircraft 2000 and 7000 series aluminum alloy have been proposed.This paper attempts to summarize the research work carried out to achieve these goals in 2000 series Al-Cu-Mg alloy.For 2000 series alloy, the following specific objectives are proposed: 1 . The tensile strength in the longitudinal direction is increased by 8% compared with that of the 2024-T351 plate or the 2024-T3511 extrusion. (2) The fracture toughness (K_C or K_ (IC)) increases proportionally with the increase of the strength by 8%. The fatigue crack growth rate (da / dN) must be reduced in proportion to the increase in strength.
