研究冷晶体及温血停搏液对心肌的保护作用。方法:将96只猫随机分为体外循环(CPB)组(Ⅰ)、损伤组(Ⅱ)、冷晶保护组(Ⅲ)及温血保护组(Ⅳ)。观测各组心功能、膜ATP酶活性和膜蛋白颗粒的变化。结果:组Ⅰ各时间点各项指标无变化。缺血期间,组Ⅱ~ⅣNa+ ,K+ -ATPase 活性下降(P< 0.01);组Ⅱ,ⅢCa2+ ,Mg2+ -ATPase 活性下降,膜蛋白颗粒数减少(P<0.05),组Ⅳ无减少(P> 0.05)。复灌后,组Ⅳ心功能、Ca2+ ,Mg2+ -ATPase活性恢复正常,Na+ ,K+ -ATPase 活性和膜蛋白颗粒数恢复稍差。结论:单纯CPB对心功能、膜蛋白无损伤作用;温血停搏液心肌保护作用较好,但仍需完善。
Study of cold crystal and warm cardioplegia protective effect on the myocardium. Methods: 96 cats were randomly divided into CPB group (Ⅰ), injury group (Ⅱ), cold crystal protection group (Ⅲ) and warm - protection group (Ⅳ). The changes of cardiac function, membrane ATPase activity and membrane protein granules in each group were observed. Results: There was no change in each index in group Ⅰ at all time points. During ischemia, the activity of Na + and K + -ATPase in group Ⅱ ~ Ⅳ decreased (P <0.01); the activity of group Ⅱ, ⅢCa2 +, Mg2 + -ATPase decreased and the number of membrane protein decreased (P <0.05) (P> 0.05). After reperfusion, the cardiac function, Ca2 +, Mg2 + -ATPase activity of group Ⅳ returned to normal, and the activity of Na +, K + -ATPase and the number of membrane protein particles recovered slightly. CONCLUSION: CPB alone has no effect on cardiac function and membrane protein. Cardioprotection by warm blood cardioplegia is better, but it still needs improvement.
