焊接是建筑钢结构连接的主要方式之一,焊接质量在钢结构工程中极为重要,作为建筑钢结构不可或缺的关键技术之一,厚板焊接技术越来越多地引起人们的关注和重视。在实际的工作中,需要通过合理的焊接顺序控制、技术指导、施工质量,避免厚板焊接难操作、易变形等问题。基于此,文章就高层建筑钢结构厚板焊接工艺技术进行简要的分析,希望可以提供一个有效的借鉴,从而更好的促进高层建筑钢结构技术水平的提升。
Welding is one of the main ways of building steel structure connection. Welding quality is extremely important in steel structure engineering. As one of the key technologies of building steel structure, thick plate welding technology is attracting more and more attentions . In the actual work, we need to pass the reasonable sequence of welding control, technical guidance, construction quality, to avoid difficult plate welding operation, deformation and other issues. Based on this, the article briefly analyzes the welding technology of high-rise building steel plate thick plate, hoping to provide an effective reference to improve the technical level of high-rise building steel structure.
