为了充分利用磷矿渣,研究探讨了用磷渣取代部分石屑,配制符合级配要求的集料作为路面基层材料的可行性;另外,研究探讨了磷渣微粉代替部分水泥作为水泥稳定碎石路面基层材料的可行性。研究主要针对上述两者分别给水泥稳定碎石基层强度带来的影响。结果表明:用磷渣代替部分石屑配制的水泥稳定材料以及用磷渣微粉代替部分水泥的水泥稳定碎石强度虽然有所降低,但仍然符合高速公路路面基层的强度要求。
In order to make full use of phosphorous slag, the research discussed the feasibility of substituting phosphorous slag for part of the stone chips and preparing the aggregate meeting the gradation requirements as the pavement base material. In addition, the study discussed the use of phosphorus slag powder instead of part of cement as cement stabilized macadam Feasibility of pavement base material. The research focuses on the impact of the above two factors on the strength of cement-stabilized macadam base. The results show that the strength of cement stabilized macadam with phosphorous slag instead of part of stone chip and cement stabilized macadam instead of part of cement with phosphorus powder is reduced, but still meet the strength requirements of highway pavement base.
