研究了Al含量变化对铝热反应合成FeNiCrAl/NiAl合金微观组织的影响。结果表明随着Al含量的增加,NiAl金属间化合物和FeNiCrAl呈现不同的组织形态:当铝含量较低时,NiAl相在晶粒内部以颗粒形式存在,在晶界处呈板条状结构;随着铝含量增加,首先在晶界处形成编织状结构进而扩展至晶粒内部,最终形成完整的编织状结构;当Al含量进一步增加时,编织结构尺寸不断减小,直至在晶粒内部消失,并对这一组织形态变化原因做了阐述。
The effect of Al content on the microstructure of FeNiCrAl / NiAl alloy was investigated. The results show that NiAl intermetallics and FeNiCrAl show different microstructure with the increase of Al content. When the Al content is low, the NiAl phase exists as grains in the grains and strip-like structures at the grain boundaries. With the increase of aluminum content, firstly, a braided structure was formed at the grain boundaries and then extended to the inside of the grains, finally forming a complete braided structure; when the content of Al was further increased, the braided structure size continued to decrease until it disappeared inside the grains, And explained the reason of the change of this organization.
