对10例病态窦房结综合征和1例反复室速、室颤患者实施AAI 起搏,效果满意。并就AAI起搏的电极置入疗法、适应症的选择和起搏参数的掌握问题进行了讨论。认为AAI 起搏是种简易、经济的生理性起搏,值得推广应用。
Satisfactory results were achieved in 10 patients with sick sinus syndrome and in 1 patient with repeated ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation. The topic of electrode placement therapy for AAI pacing, selection of indications, and mastery of pacing parameters were also discussed. Think AAI pacing is a kind of simple, economical physiological pacing, it is worth promoting application.
