21世纪充满了激烈的竞争,而竞争的关键是人才的竞争。影响学生成才的因素分为智力因素和非智力因素,事实证明,人才培养的关键是非智力因素的培养。因此在教育工作中,我们不能单纯地强调发展学生的智力,而忽视学生非智力因素的培养。那么,如何在语文教学中培养学生良好的非智力因素,笔者认为:应针对语文学科的特点,从动机、兴趣、习惯等三个方面着手。
The 21st century is full of fierce competition, and the key to competition is talent competition. The factors that affect the students’ success are divided into intellectual and non-intellectual factors. Facts have proved that the key to cultivating students is the cultivation of non-intellectual factors. Therefore, in education, we can not simply emphasize the development of students ’intelligence, but neglect the cultivation of students’ non-intelligence factors. So, how to cultivate students’ good non-intellectual factors in Chinese teaching, I think: should be aimed at the characteristics of Chinese subject, from three aspects of motivation, interest and habit.
