非学历继续教育已成为创建全民学习,终身学习的学习型社会的重要途径,而发展非学历继续教育,成为普通高校至关重要的社会责任。新疆高校由于受到观念、思路的限制,以及区位、对象的影响,非学历继续教育发展明显滞后。通过调整战略定位,寻求错位发展,争取特色取胜,是新疆高校发展非学历继续教育的优选之路。本文通过对新疆普通高校继续教育存在的问题及各方面因素的分析,简要阐述了新时期新疆普通高校继续教育的发展趋势及建议。
Continuing education for non-academic qualifications has become an important way to create a learning society for all people learning and lifelong learning. Developing non-academic continuing education has become a crucial social responsibility for colleges and universities. Due to the restriction of concept and train of thought in Xinjiang colleges and universities and the influence of location and object, the development of non-academic continuing education lags behind obviously. It is the best way to develop non-academic continuing education in Xinjiang colleges and universities by adjusting the strategic positioning, seeking the development of dislocation and winning the features. Based on the analysis of the problems and the various factors in continuing education in ordinary higher learning institutions in Xinjiang, this article briefly elaborates the development trend and suggestions of continuing education in ordinary colleges and universities in Xinjiang in the new period.
