西力生是国内应用较多的有机汞农药之一,共有效成份为氯化乙基汞,常用于拌种、浸种以及田间撒布。本文报告二起误服氯化乙基汞引起中毒的病例,共中一起出现明显皮肤改变以及剥脱性皮炎。一、中毒情况:部分地区使用西力生农药缺乏经验,又对西力生毒性不够了解,因此出现用量过大和误服现象。第一起于71年3月份用西力生拌谷种,每一百斤谷种拌西力生1.5～3两,将多余毒谷发给社员,吃后平均在15天左右出现亚急性甚至急性中毒症状。第二起于72年3月份、以一袋原装西力生25公斤、分别拌入七百多斤谷种,由于浓度过大,不发芽,后将毒谷在塘里冲洗几下,晒干发给社员,中毒者每人约吃毒谷3～5斤左右,最短潜伏期为4天,一般在15天左右发病。
