31岁之女病人,一年多前因左输尿管近骶髂关节下缘处结石在某院行取石术,据云术中困难,解剖广泛,术后发生尿外渗。以后左腰胀痛,间歇性洗肉水样血尿。79年3月21日入我院,见左下腹疤痕坚硬,肾图左肾呈无功能低平线,静脉尿路造影右肾正常,左肾不显影;大剂量静脉尿路造影左肾影极淡而显著扩大,左输尿管仅上段略有淡影。79年4月24日硬膜外麻醉
