利用异丙肾上腺素造成大鼠心肌缺血模型,观察黄芪对红细胞、心肌钙及脂质过氧化物的影响,发现黄芪能减轻由于缺血引起的心肌细胞、心肌组织和红细胞内的钙积聚,并能保护红细胞膜钙泵功能;能增加心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶的活力,减少氧自由基损伤。提示黄芪可减轻缺血心肌细胞内钙超载,达到保护心肌的作用。
Isoproterenol-induced myocardial ischemia in rats was used to observe the effects of Astragalus membranaceus on red blood cells, myocardial calcium, and lipid peroxides. It was found that Astragalus membranaceus can reduce calcium accumulation in myocardial cells, myocardial tissue, and red blood cells caused by ischemia. And can protect the red blood cell membrane calcium pump function; can increase the activity of myocardial tissue superoxide dismutase, reduce the damage of oxygen free radicals. It is suggested that Astragalus can reduce intracellular Ca2+ overload in ischemic myocardial cells and protect myocardium.
