为了获得东北老工业基地对人才吸引力的资料,探究东北人才匮乏的原因,找出应对的策略,作者对近百名北京在校大学生和已在东北就业的大学生进行了调查。调查发现:东北对人才吸引力普遍较低。相对而言,大连是东北最具吸引力的城市,工农类专业学生较IT业与金融业学生更倾向东北,东北人才资源结构错位严重,用人环境有待改善。尽管如此,人们仍对东北振兴充满信心。
In order to obtain information on the attractiveness of talent in northeast old industrial bases, explore the reasons for the shortage of talent in northeast China and find out the strategies to deal with them, the author investigated nearly 100 undergraduates in Beijing and those who had employed in northeast China. The survey found: Northeast attraction of talent is generally low. Relatively speaking, Dalian is the most attractive city in northeast China. Students in industrial and agricultural specialties tend to be more northeast than IT and financial students. The resource structure in northeast China is dislocated and the employment environment needs to be improved. In spite of this, people are still full of confidence in the rejuvenation of the Northeast.
