目的:通过买朱尼对IL-1β有抑制作用机制尝试探讨维药买朱尼对种植体周围炎相关因子IL-1β和牙周指数的影响。方法:接受种植义齿修复的100名18~55岁患者分为标准对照组和实验组各50例,标准对照组术前口服阿莫西林;实验组术前口服阿莫西林,术后7d拆线2组均测IL-1β、菌斑指数、出血指数。实验组口服4个疗程维药买朱尼。1个月后复诊测量IL-1β、菌斑指数、出血指数。应用SPSS 22.0进行数据统计分析。结果:对照组4周后IL-1β水平与1周后IL-1β水平相比显著下降(P<0.05),4周后出血指数与1周后出血指数相比显著下降(P<0.05),4周后菌斑指数与1周后菌板指数差异不显著;实验组4周后IL-1β水平与1周后IL-1β水平相比显著下降(P<0.05),4周后出血指数与1周后出血指数相比显著下降(P<0.05),4周后菌斑指数与1周后菌斑指数差异不显著。4周后,实验组IL-1β水平和出血指数显著低于对照组,菌斑指数无显著差异。结论:维药买朱尼对种植体周围龈沟液中IL-1β有抑制作用,对种植体周围炎症有很好的临床疗效。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Juniperine on the IL-1β and periodontal index in peri-implant rats by buying Juniperine to inhibit IL-1β. After 4 weeks, the difference of plaque index was not significant after 1 week. After 4 weeks, the levels of IL-1β and bleeding index in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there was no significant difference in the plaque index. CONCLUSION: Weijun Buy Juni can inhibit IL-1β in gingival crevicular fluid around implants and has a good clinical effect on inflammation around implants.
